As Ólafur Arnald says: - To me New Grass represents revival, growth and exploring new paths. So when Benjamin showed me some experiments he had been making, exploring how moss reacts to water, I instantly felt that this secret life within a minuscule world would be the perfect way to express that. The challenge was to try and tell a compelling story – to change our perspective and see it as a huge world, full of life and possibilities. -

New Grass is taken from Some Kind Of Peace, the latest album of Ólafur Arnalds released November 2020.
