FAQ
SHIPPING
We are based in Budapest, Hungary. Your pictures will be shipped from here. We use FedEx, as soon as your picture is ready you will receive the tracking number. Usually we need 4 business days to make your paper only prints, and 10 business days for the master prints or framed, mounted versions.
If you order a 1/1 master copy it will be shippedl in a special tailor made safety case. The mounted and framed pictures also.
However if you wanna buy a limited or open edition print and you live outside of Europe, we suggest you to order a paper only version and frame / mount it at a local shop. Yes, we can recommend trustworthy partners for you.
MOUNTING
We do provide mounting solutions, our recommended solution is the classic Dibond® board, but we have many other options as well. Contact us for the monting possibilities.
FRAMING
We do provide framing solutions, our recommended solution is the floating box frame, but we have many other options as well. Contact us for the frame types and colors.
SPECIAL VERSIONS
If you like a picture but you want it in a different size or on different material we can make it for you. Contact us and we will talk over the options.
In limited cases we do make 1/1 versions of pictures from the Simon Iddol portfolio, which are not listed for sale in the Gallery.
We offer Art Scouting and Art Consulting. If you want to buy art for your office / flat / restaurant / etc. we can put together special catalog of different artists based on your needs and brief.
REFUND
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase send it back to us in 3 days and we will refund it 100% but only if the piece is back to us undamaged.
