Roland Tempelaar - Tenderly

A *mostly* improvised animation to a beautiful rendition of Tenderly by Roland Tempelaar.

As the director Matt Smithson said: - The goal was to keep it abstract and non-narrative. There are undertones of feelings of leaving a place that means so much to you, in this case NYC. An overall visual game plan was put together, however, most of the animation was improvised to the music. -

Tenderly is taken from the upcoming New York Chapter album, to be released September 17, 2021.
