seriously why does Tumblr have no comment feature? not the shitty and unreliable disqus when the commenst are dissapearing and their support never answers just a normal and optional Tumblr feature.. any thoughts?

I decided to remove the disqus.com comment system from my site the comments are keep dissapearing from the posts after few hours and the support doesnt give a fuck to reply I wrote them few weeks(!) ago about the problem no answer since then I don’t need a service like this
